The UNI-BUG III is capable of continuous or intermittent stitch welds. The machine will mount and run directly on the workpiece. The unit is available in a variety of kits. Each kit is designed to fit a specific steel profile, such as a flat bar, angle, channel, I-beam, or bulb flat (Holland profile). The UNI-BUG III features programmable distance-based stitch welding. If stitch welding is required, set the selector switch to the intermittent weld setting and program the required weld length, skip length, and pre-flow and burn-back delays. Using an integrated weld contactor, the UNI-BUG III will automatically activate and deactivate your wire feeder.
