Technical Sales Representative

Region	Portsmouth to East Sussex and Surrey
Working hours	43.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Thursday 0800 to 1730 and Friday 0800 to 1600. 30 minutes upaid lunch.
Salary	OTE c£45,000+ (Basic salary £33,000 + commission)
Holiday	28 paid days per year including bank holidays. (Some leave mandatory to cover the period business is closed between Christmas and New Year)

What will be your role?

Working closely with the Sales Director and his team to understand the needs of the business
Achieving sales targets in the assigned region
Actively maintaining customer relationships
Identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new customers
Striving to increase market share in the assigned region
Supporting customers with expert advice on the product range
Offering excellent customer service

Who are we looking for?

Self-confident with strong communication skills
Highly organised and disciplined with a flexible attitude
Able to present at all levels
With a high level of energy and passion
Holding a valid driving licence
Flexible and adaptive to the needs of the business
No previous sales experience is needed, but an affinity with welding or engineering is preferred
