Q : Will I be charged VAT ?

If you are in the UK you will pay VAT regardless of your status.

The United Kingdom has left the European Union. If you are outside of the United Kingdom, you will not be charged UK VAT (Sales Tax).

If you are in a European Union member state, you will be asked to pay VAT (Sales Tax) to your own Government by the shipping company.

If you are outside of the UK and European Union you will not pay VAT (Sales Tax).



Q : What is the rate of VAT in the UK ?

The current VAT rate in the UK is 20%.



Q : Who can buy from our website ?

Absolutely anyone. From private individual to multinational company.



Q : Where do we ship to ?

Our online activities with shipping costs are calculated for Countries within Europe. You will find all Countries listed when you produce an online order.

For destinations outside of Europe. Please contact us for shipping rates and terms.



Q : Can I collect goods in person ?

Yes you can. We have a trade counter and Showroom.



Q : How can I check on the status of my order ?

When your order is received we will contact you if any of your items are out of stock.

We will advise you of the due date of any out of stock items.

We will also keep you updated if this date cannot be met for any reason.

All orders greater than £50 ex VAT delivered FREE.
All orders under £50 ex VAT delivery is £5.95 + vat


UK Offshore ( Channel Isles, IOM, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles & Highlands)
All orders greater than £400.00 ex VAT delivered FREE
All orders under £400.00 ex VAT delivery is £15.00 or 7% of Order Value, whichever is greater.


Standard Mainland European Delivery
All orders greater than £400.00 ex VAT delivered FREE
All orders under £400.00 ex VAT delivery is £15.00 or 7% of Order Value, whichever is greater.


Anywhere else....Please contact us before placing your order. We can give you a custom shipping number to apply additional charges.



Q : How long does shipping take ?

All UK orders are shipped on a Next Day Parcel Service.

European Orders take between 2 and 6 days Depending on your location.

We may be able to improve delivery times. Contact us for the additional cost of an Express service.



Q : Can I track my order ?

Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.



Q : Is my order insured against damage or loss ?

Yes, we fully insure each delivery.



Q : Is the Equipment compatible with the electrical supply in my Country ?

All of the machines we sell are compatible with all European single & 3 phase electricity.

The Manufacturers only make 1 model to supply to the whole of Europe. Most equipment has a European Schuko Plug Fitted. For the UK we supply a 3 pin adaptor Single phase equipment that requires more than a 16 amp supply is supplied without a mains plug.

Single phase equipment is 230v 50/60 Hz Plus or Minus 15%. CE Marked.

Three Phase equipment is 400v 50/60 Hz Plus or Minus 15%.

There is no mains plug fitted to Three Phase Machines.



Q : How does the warranty policy operate ?

We only sell equipment that will give reliable service. But in the rare circumstance that a product should fail within the warranty period, you should contact us in the first instance.

With the Exception of Kemppi (which has a global warranty policy) Our Equipment is covered by a return to base warranty.

Return to base means, you ship the equipment back to us at your cost.

We will repair or replace the equipment and return it to you as quickly as practical at our cost.

You will be without the equipment whilst it is being repaired. We do not offer loan equipment.



Q : What forms of payment are accepted ?

Online: You can pay using our secure online checkout with a credit / debit card or Paypal.

Paypal: You can pay using our secure online checkout with Paypal, or we can send a Paypal invoice to your Paypal account on request.

Electronic Transfer: We can send you a Proforma Invoice along with our bank details to allow you to transfer funds electronically.



Q : Do I need a Login to buy from the website

No Login is necessary. Simply enter your details each time you buy from our site.
