The ultimate welder protection
The Zephyr Flip-Air is designed to protect welders most effectively with efficiency and comfort. It features a flip-up helmet with a shade 4/5-13 wide view auto-darkening filter. Paired to a battery powered belt mounted airflow system, providing filtered air. The belt itself includes a cushion to ensure a high comfort level and includes a shoulder strap. The lithium-ion battery is designed to last 8 hours before recharging. A 14-hour heavy-duty battery is also available as an option.
This package includes a Flip Air Helmet with 9 - 13 Auto Darkening Lens, Zephyr Airflow system, protected hose system, shoulder strap, battery charger, airflow meter, one extra filter and rugged carry bag.
Air Unit Features
- Airflow system: 2 flow rates (low 160 l/min and high 200 l/min)
- This equipment includes an indication of the chosen flow, an indication of the battery charge, and two alarms in case of flow insufficiency: a tone and a vibration. This is important for the welder who is often in a noisy environment. A specific system sends the tone through the hose to bring the sound to the welder
- The belt, as well as the shoulder strap, is made in flame-retardant material
- 2 Filter system - Pre-filter for larger particles, Main particle filter, and optional carbon filter for filtering odours
