The UNI-BUG III is capable of continuous or intermittent stitch welds. The machine will mount and run directly on the workpiece. The unit is available in a variety of kits. Each kit is designed to fit a specific steel profile, such as a flat bar, angle, channel, I-beam, or bulb flat (Holland profile). The UNI-BUG III features programmable stitch welding by distance. If stitch welding is required, set the selector switch to the intermittent weld setting and program the required weld length, skip length, and pre-flow and burn-back delays. Using an integrated weld contactor, the UNI-BUG III will automatically activate and deactivate your wire feeder.
