They definitely sell better quality products than some of the other options, I had a rotating 600amp, clamp on 300amp clamp, connectors and some weld return cable, all good quality.

23/03/2021 08:56:06 I won’t lie the item I brought from rapid welding was great but the rigmarole I had to change the item first was a bit annoying as the sizes stated in the esab clothing are way smaller than I expected which ended up in me having to pay £17.50 to send it back to get it changed but before that I had to be refunded which was a bloody headache in itself, my overall experience with rapid was a bit crap but I’m happy with my esab jacket now I have the right size ??

However the problem was not DHL but the point de relais. They filed the package under my first name. I should have been alert to that but wasn’t. Hence my suggestion - might it be possible to slightly modify your ordering system, for orders delivered to France, to specify the recipient as either “Surname, Firstname” or “Firstname SURNAME” ?

And was desperately disappointed to see the cheap and nasty fob switch cover had come from China. You need to state clearly where things are made. I don't know whether Rapid can send me the correct one in exchange or whether this will be a straight return. I don't appreciate having to pay customs, duties, and taxes on something I can't use because Fronius sent the wrong machine.
