Within half an hour the welding set was collected and taken back to the workshop. The set was inspected and explanation of work and cost was sent through within the hour. A purchase order was arranged for work to be carried out. Next thing we new 4 hours after the set was collected it was returned repaired and serviced and back to us so we could continue with our work.
