The K Series Gas Cylinder system has been designed to reduce purge times and increase productivity when welding larger diameter pipes by localising the purge area to the weld root.
K Series Gas Cylinders have two heat-resistant silicon seals (300ºc up to one hour) creating a greatly reduced weld chamber. Purge times are consequently reduced to around 1.5 to 2.5 minutes for all pipe sizes. These cylinder systems have ‘pull through’ features to enable easy removal from straight pipes or round bends.
