The Kemppi Minarc Arc Welder Series – Little giants of the MMA welding world!

The Minarc 150 is lightweight, robust, durable and impact resistant, ideal for workshop and site environments.

Superior arc performance based on high voltage reserves and automatic ‘Arc Force’ control, guarantee the arc will remain stable in all welding positions, even when connected with extra-long welding and power cables, up to 100m.

Automatic Hot Start gives perfect ignition in all conditions and the Anti-sticking function decreases the risk of the MMA electrode sticking to the base material and aids short arc control. Protection against overload, humidity and dust ingress, gives excellent reliability, and TIG welding is made possible with the scratch -TIG function and GV TIG torches.

The Minarc Evo 180

The Minarc Evo 180 has large voltage reserves and automatic arc force control to provide excellent arc stability in all welding positions, and for a wide range of electrode types. With all the power you need for serious MMA maintenance welding, you get first-class welding results every time, even with 4mm electrodes. 

The highly portable 5.8Kg machine delivers 170 amps maximum output current for MMA welding at 30% duty cycle and 180 amps for DC TIG welding at 35% duty cycle. The Minarc Evo 180 is also suitable for DC Lift TIG Welding with the optional TTM 15V Torch.

Minarc Evo 180 includes power factor correction (PFC) technology, giving astonishing energy efficiency and maximum welding power in any 1-phase, 230-volt, 16A or 10A industrial power network. It can also be used with a generator power supply, even with extra-long extension cables of more than 100 metres long.

All these qualities make the Minarc Evo 180 easy to use in all kinds of welding jobs and working environments.

The Kemppi MinarcMig Auto Range

Perfect for mobile welders, the MinarcMig Auto 190 and 220 both combine the convenience of a portable machine with high-performance MIG/MAG welding capabilities. Catering to a wide range of projects, the MinarcMig Auto features include automatic and manual mode set-ups, easy single-knob control and intuitive, user-friendly interface, as well as an adaptive arc regulation system to ensure precise welding quality and accurate ignition – Enjoy simplified welding processes and quality results wherever your work takes you.

The Ready-to-weld packages come with the Flexlite GC MIG welding torch, which includes integrated cable bending support and an ergonomic gun handle – it’s a case of select your material type and plate thickness, then start welding!

The MinarcMig Auto 190 and 220 are compatible with various materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and CuSi brazing filler wires. Delivering portable MIG/MAG welding power, these models offer 190 amps at a 35% duty cycle or 220 amps at a 20% duty cycle from a 16 A, 1-phase mains supply.

The MinarcTig 200 EVO

The MinarcTig 200 EVO is single phase 230v and available as standard or pulse versions (MLP).  An ideal DC TIG welding solution for light industrial manufacturing, installation, repair and maintenance applications, the lightweight and compact design combines useful performance advantages, including excellent energy efficiency and the ability to reliably perform on extra-long power supply cables of more than 100 metres long.

MinarcTig Evo is a dual-process machine that also provides quality MMA welding for a range of DC electrode types.

Kemppi Minarc T 223 AC/DC GM TIG Welder Air Cooled Package

The entirely new Minarc T 223 ACDC GM TIG welder is available in air and water-cooled packages, and with a combination of torch and foot peddle options. A 220 A single-phase AC/DC high-quality TIG welding machine, the Minarc T 223 has a built-in electrolytic professional weld cleaning function that is simple and easy to use – it only takes a moment to convert your TIG torch to cleaning mode, which is an efficient combination of electric current and phosphoric acid to quickly remove oxidation and discolouration, producing perfectly clean welds.
