Back from their trip to Schweissen and Schneiden in Essen, Rapid Welding's Roy and Marianne have finally had a chance to share with us their experiences.
Spread over eight halls, this heavily anticipated exhibition showcased the latest and greatest in the welding and cutting world.
The show was the perfect opportunity to catch up with our long-time suppliers, and meet new ones. We are always on the lookout for the best new products for our customers and this year's show certainly didn't disappoint.
Robotic welding was a big focus, and we have discovered some very exciting innovations that we think are going to be game-changers for our customers.
It wasn't just new technologies we found though. We also added everyday welding products to our existing product offering, like a new line of welding gloves from SpiderHand. They’re ethically made, high-quality, and come in sizes that fit all welders.
A personal highlight for Roy and Marianne was Lincoln Electric asking us to promote their DIY welding gear in the UK. This range fits perfectly with our new educational project, RapidED, aimed at supporting students in the field - watch this space!.
