Following a recent survey of our service questionnaires, we are delighted to announce that customers have been rating the 'Overall Quality of their Rapid Experience' 9/10 out of 10!
With a brand new website launched this year, and a Welding World nomination for Best E-commerce Website Organisation (amongst others, but more on that later), we have been keeping tabs on what customers think about the new layout and usability, hoping our efforts have provided a much better, and easier, experience. We are very pleased to see that we've received scores of 9/10 in this area too, along with positive feedback on product choice and competitive pricing.
Delivering goods on time has always been our aim, even when shipping abroad - Rapid ships worldwide! - and it seems as though we're achieving our goal quite well with customer feedback consistently coming in with 'Goods Arrived Very Quick', 'Goods Well Packaged', and 'All in Good Order'.
With a friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable team on tap to answer all your queries, no matter how big or small, it's no surprise that 'Quality of Communication' is regularly marked as 'Impressive' by customers using the online chat facility, or speaking directly to one of our team in the office regarding sales, servicing or product choice. The answer to 'Would You Use Us Again?' is consistently 'Yes'.
The whole point of analysing our customer feedback so meticulously, good and bad, is to ensure that we get it right. We actively encourage customers to voice their opinions of the service - which are then, with permission, shared on the website - and additional comments have highlighted that we seem to be succeeding in providing an excellent after sales service too, with one of our customers commenting 'I have an expert at the end of the phone to help'. Value for money and speedy delivery have also been noted, as well as comments such as 'overall a great service'.
