Lightweight and portable, the Minarc T 223 ACDC GM is a premium multi-voltage AC/DC TIG welding machine that is easy to take with you anywhere on-site. When you need to move around the workplace, the ability to both clean and weld with a single machine is a must-have feature, as you can complete and finish the perfect welds in just one spot.

Minarc T Weld Cleaning

The new MAX WeldClean electrolytic cleaning process is simple and easy to use, allowing for high-quality welds without the need for a separate weld cleaning machine. A powerful electrolytic weld cleaning process, it takes just a moment to convert your TIG torch to cleaning mode, where an efficient combination of electric current and phosphoric acid offers quick removal of oxidation and discoloration around the weld, delivering perfectly clean welds while helping you to save time and money.

Kemppi’s simple guide to cleaning welds with the MAX WeldClean function:

  • Change the consumables or the torch.
  • Dip the carbon fibre brush of the torch in the cleaning liquid.
  • Touch the workpiece.
  • Press the trigger.
  • Start swiping on the weld surface and release the trigger when the weld is clean.
  • Neutralise the cleaned area with a neutralisation liquid and wipe dry.
